black skinny jeans, a T-shirt and an oversize leather jacket, was 'chain smoking up a storm' at the valet: 'She had messy hair and makeup and didn't look that great.' Miley was with two guy friends and another girl, but the insider was not getting the double-date vibe.
American Music Award Lowest Rated Ever

American Music Awards 2010 drew 11.6 million viewers and a 4.3 preliminary adults 18-49 rating, down 22% from 2009, making it the lowest-rated AMAs yet, according to THR. Justin Bieber swept the awards and overthrew Eminem who had the most nominations. ABC pointed out the show was up 12% in teens and 19% among kids 2-11.

Seductive teen Miley Cyrus kicked off her 18th birthday with a celebrity party and making out with new boyfriend Avan Jogia at Trousdale in LA Sunday. Miley told Access Hollywood 'I have a birthday month I do the whole month of November. Thanksgiving, cake, [it's] all about me on Thanksgiving!'
