Travis Clark, 'Many Demi Rumors Are Lies'

Travis Clark spoke with J-14 about friend Demi Lovaot in rehab: 'I speak with her frequently, so I knew [many of the rumors out there] were lies. It's tough for any one of us to be in the public eye at all times. If I go missing for a day, people are like, 'He's entered rehab and he's gone completely off the deep end.'
It's a classic, 'Don't believe everything you hear' story. Unfortunately there are a lot of rumors and a lot of lies out there. But in a positive way, it helps bring everybody together. People are there supporting her whether it's real or not, they want her to know that they're there for her whenever she needs it.
It's just about how loyal fans are. I saw her a few times while she was on the road when we were in the same cities and we'd hang out. It was fun. We had a good time together and she was completely happy and really outgoing. She was just the Demi that I've always known and it was totally normal. So that's why I know it's not a severe issue. It's been blown out of proportion and that can really wear on anybody.'

Miley Cyrus' new action comedy vehicle So Undercover will begin production in December, reports Deadline . What Happens In Vegas' Tom Vaughan will direct a script by Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleep's Allan Loeb and Steven Pearl of The Switch. Miley will play a tough, street-smart private eye hired by the FBI to go undercover in a college sorority.
Jodi Zuckerman-Weiner is exec producer [For Miley's production company Hope Town] along with Rob Cowan. Miley is attractive package for offshore sales: 'She has become a worldwide superstar in every field she has become involved in, from movies to fashion, to music and TV.
Her show is not only the most successful cable TV series, it has been released in 150 countries and 26 languages. And her movies have grossed $630 million worldwide. She has become the biggest female brand in the world, and this has the potential to be a massive audience movie.'
10 Year Old Gives Birth To Baby In Spain

10-year-old girl has given birth in southern Spain and authorities are evaluating whether to let her and her family retain custody of the baby, official said Tuesday. The baby was born last week in the city of Jerez de la Frontera.
The father of the baby is also a minor, and both the mother and the baby were in good health. Authorities do not consider this a case of rape and that no criminal investigation is happening. Under Spanish law, having consensual sex with some one under age 13 is classified as child abuse.
This particular case is complicated by the fact that the father of the baby is also a minor and it is not clear if he could be charged. The mother is Romanian and she was already pregnant when she arrived in Spain.

Demi Lovato Ashley Greene FIGHT?!

Ashley Greene's publicist told E! Online: 'There is no truth to this rumor or any other rumors of conflict between the girls.' However, multiple sources said that Demi and Ashley exchanged heated words. Ashley being in South America with Joe Jonas was probably the breaking point for Demi.
The scuffle with a back-up dancer was unrelated to Ashley. Disney wants to shut down any possibility of people talking about all this, unless the cast is sending Demi 'best wishes' sentiments. Demi's estranged father isn't allowed to go on camera without Disney's OK: 'There are a few demons from the Disney set that suits want to make sure stay out of print.'
Source close to Demi's family told People that the catalyst was a fight between Demi and a dancer on the Jonas Brothers world tour, but the problem started the night before: 'As she did on most nights off, Demi invited her band, dancers and her parents to dinner. Afterward, she broke off with a very small group.'
The following day, tour managers and Lovato's stepfather, Eddie De La Garza, questioned the group's conduct [of partying]. When tour management found out about this, they talked to the people involved, including Demi. Demi reacted badly and perceived that someone on tour had told on her.
