Justin Bieber Allowed TO LEAVE HOTEL

Liverpool police finally allowed Justin Bieber to go on his hotel balcony and wave to his rioting fan girls, reports TMZ. Once police in Liverpool believed they could finally manage they told Justin to step out on his balcony and wave so that they would hopefully go home, but they DID NOT.
Some of Justin's fans were injured at his hotel, The Hard Days Night Hotel, in Liverpool ahead of his gig at Echo Arena. Paramedics and police were called in after school girls were crushed while attempting to get a glimpse of him. Photo: PacificCoastNews.
