Zac Efron has been approached by Simon Cowell to judge US X-Factor show, reports The Mirror. Cheryl Cole, Madonna along with Paula Abdul have also been approached. Cee Lo Green snubbed X-Factor for the The Voice, a show that will be hosted by Carson Daly and will follow aspiring singers as they are selected by one of four coaches and divided into teams.
