Blake Lively may star in The Carrie Diaries, prequel to Sexy And The City based on Candace Bushnell’s novels, reports MSN. Candace finished a second novel called Summer And The City, which takes up where Diaries left off and follows 19-year-old Carrie’s move from Connecticut to NYC.
SATC producer Michael Patrick King has already expressed interest in adapting the book for the big screen, and he wants Blake Lively to play the young Carrie. Insider: 'There are no plans to bring SJP and the other girls back together in the
..old format. The prequel is about breathing new life into the story and exploring Carrie’s first few months in NYC and the beginning of her relationship with an older man.' Are YOU upset that Miley Cyrus will most likely not play the role?

Blake Lively will star in a new ad campaign for Chanel, reports E! Online. She was just in Paris shooting for Chanel's handbag collection and the ads should launch early next year. Blake was one of the designer Karl Lagerfeld's friends at the Chanel Hauté Couture show during Paris Fashion Week.
Blake is rumored to be dating Ryan Gosling, reports E! News. Blake was at Ryan's side all night during the NYC premiere of Blue Valentine. They were later spotted together at the afterparty at the Standard Hotel:
'They weren't obviously all over each other, but seemed like they were together. There were times when they would be sitting down and he would kind of lay his hand on her knee. They were smiling, laughing, they looked happy!'
