Demi Lovato Stays Sober, Wilmer Partying

Demi Lovato told Bliss: 'If you’re around [drugs and alcohol] long enough, you’ll get dragged into those things. So I don’t put myself in those situations.' Demi talked about her substance abuse struggles on-stage in Chicago Saturday while her on-again boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama was diving head first into the party scene during a guy’s weekend away in Vegas.
Demi has a special connection to Chicago, she told the crowd during the show, because that’s where she got sober during a 2010 rehab stay. But instead of cheering her on, like he did at the Wango Tango concert in LA just weeks before, Wilmer decided to party it up in Vegas.
On Saturday night, he was spotted at the Hooters-esque Blondie’s Sports Bar & Grill inside the Miracle Mile Shops. After ordering a bucket of Corona beers, Wilmer watched the UFC 161 fight and happily posed for pics with the restaurant’s 'cheerleaders,' waitresses in skimpy cheerleading outfits, reports Radar.
Later that night, he continued the party at Marquee nightclub inside the Cosmopolitan Hotel. There, he was spotted, slightly bleary-eyed, chatting up a stunning blonde. The next day, he mingled with even more fair-haired hotties at the Planet Hollywood Pleasure pool, where he shared a table stocked with drinks with Joe Jonas and girls lucky enough to be invited to their table.
Demi Lovato BLISS COVER GIRL

Demi Lovato told BLISS about staying out of partying scene: 'I don't go to clubs, I don't go to parties.. They're boring, hectic and I don't like being dressed up all the time. I went to a party recently and I played games on my phone the whole time, because it's just not what I'm into. I think getting ready for it was more fun than actually going!'
On avoiding drugs and alcohol: 'If you're around that long enough, you'll get dragged into those things, so I don't put myself in those situations. Eventually you adapt to your environment. I look at a lot of girls who are drunk and falling down, and I don't wanna be one of them. It's just not cute.'
On relating to her female fans: 'I think that I've been able to connect to them all on a really personal level because I've been honest and opened up about the things I've been through. I love that some of my fans feel like we know each other, and therefore more people can connect with me.'

Thx Elizabeth and Irina! Photos: WENN. Demi: 'My life has changed so much. I am vulnerable and honest in this record, the way I've always wanted to be. I was ready to come out of the darkness. Writing this album was therapeutic, it helped me get rid of my demons.
I am a warrior now, I've been through so much in the past years, it was hard to find the courage to get out of it and write about it, I was afraid no one would understand my message. I spent so much time trying to figure out what the right thing to do was, that I got distracted along the way by fun and temptations and that's why I ended up in rehab at 18.
I'm incredibly proud of this album. It's better than anything I have ever done! I experimented with a variety of different sounds and poured my heart into writing these songs. I'm so excited for everyone to finally get the chance to hear them!'
Demi Lovato 'Latisse Grew My Eyebrows'

Via ONTD. FF to 8:00. Demi: When I started out on X-Factor, I used Latisse on it - my eyebrows not my lashes. Interviewer: What is Latisse? Demi: It's a miracle. It's a product that helps your lashes grow really long.
I was like, 'Oh, this will be a good idea to make my eyebrows fill in.' And so I used Latise on my 'brows and they, like, took over my role as a judge on the X-Factor. I mean they had an opinion of their own. Interviewer: And it was in HD- Demi: It was in HD, it was SO bad. I don't know what I was thinking.
Demi Lovato X-FACTOR New Orleans

This week, The X Factor Season 3 visited the Big Easy for the Judges auditions and attracted contestants from all over the country and particularly Louisiana. With a live audience filled with young teens, Demi Lovato felt the love and support as the crowd danced to songs off her new album 'Demi,' and shouted as the starlet entered the arena giving her a standing ovation to welcome her to New Orleans.
An inspiration for many of the young contestants in the city, Demi was all smiles and laughed along with fellow judges Simon Cowell, Kelly Rowland, and Paulina Rubio. The Judges auditions continue in Long Island, Denver, and Los Angeles, BUT there is still an opportunity for young stars and starlets to participate in The X Factor ONLINE auditions for their chance to join this season.
Season Three hopefuls nationwide still have a chance to give it their best shot through online auditions, which will remain open through June 30th at 11:59 PM PT. Solo artists and vocal groups 12 years old and over may submit their two-minute a cappella audition videos at TheXFactorUSA.com. Photo Credit: FOX. VIDEO under!
Demi Lovato 'Not Really' Friends W/ Niall

Demi Lovato, when asked by HEAT if she is still friends with Niall Horan: 'Not really. Unfortunately, as sweet as he is, it's hard to maintain a friendship with somebody that you really can't hang out with without people automatically assuming that you're dating.'
On drama after dating Joe Jonas for five months back in 2010: 'People tweeted and either said really nice things or rude things. More nice than bad, i guess, but I dealt with that already with the Jonas Brothers, with being so close to them and then dating Joe. I'd already been through that, so it wasn't a big deal.'
