Taylor Swift revealed that during her teenage years, she would often end up with eyeliner that looked like it had been applied with a 'Sharpie' permanent marker and covered half of her eyelid. She revealed about getting cat eye look:
'You have to mess it up a few times to get it right. I’ve had a lot of failed make-up looks that I would try in school before I learned how to do the line right! And sometimes I get it wrong still.
I like the cat eyeliner a lot. It’s all about getting the right angle and my one tip for how to do it right is to take the angle and direction your bottom lash line is going and follow that angle up. If I’m drawing a really fine line,
I like liquid eyeliner pens. You have to get really close to your lash line.. I just love red lips. I like lip stain instead of lipstick. In my everyday life, I just do a lip stain, and if you get a good one.. you don’t really need a liner. But my make-up artist does about four different things.. She’s really detail oriented.'

Rumer Willis Joins Pretty Little Liars
Rumer Willis is headed to Pretty Little Liars in the upcoming fourth season, according to The Hollywood Reporter. She will play Zoe, organizer of a worldwide charity, in one episode with the potential to appear in more. She is described as the type of girl who will change the world and keep her sense of humor at the same time. Her episode is slated to air in late July.
The new season of Pretty Little Liars picks up as the Liars strive to make sense of the mysterious 'Red Coat,' seen in the season three finale, and what plans he or she may have in store for them. A Ravenswood spinoff (with Pretty Little Liars regular Tyler Blackburn moving to the new show) will also debut in October, with the new Pretty Little Liars episodes introducing the town and its mystery.
