Sam & Cat Nickelodeon June 8 Premiere
Nickelodeon’s funny gals Jennette McCurdy (iCarly’s Sam Puckett) and Ariana Grande (Victorious’ Cat Valentine) are back as their iconic characters from iCarly and Victorious in the brand-new, spin-off comedy Sam & Cat, debuting Saturday, June 8, at 8 PM. (ET/PT).
Sam & Cat follows feisty Sam and flighty Cat as they become best friends and unlikely roommates who start a babysitting service. The series is created by award-winning executive producer Dan Schneider (iCarly, Victorious, Drake & Josh, Zoey 101).
'Sam & Cat is the perfect vehicle to showcase the amazing chemistry and comedic talents of Jennette and Ariana,' said Russell Hicks, President, Content Development and Production, Nickelodeon. Nickelodeon has picked up 'Sam & Cat' to series, ordering 20 episodes from 'iCarly' and 'Victorious' creator Dan Schneider, reports Variety. Show centers on Sam Puckett of 'iCarly' and Cat Valentine of 'Victorious' as they become
roomates and start an after-school babysitting business. Jennette McCurdy and Ariana Grande will reprise their roles as Sam and Cat. Show will premiere next year.
