Bratty Bieby spit in his neighbor's face and threatened to kill him, after the neighbor dared tell the tween idol that he was driving recklessly, the neighbor told Sheriff's deputies. Justin's Ferrari had arrived on a flatbed truck at around 8 AM and Justin decided to take it for a ride in the gated community.
Neighbors say Justin was driving near 100 mph. The man who called police is a 47-year-old successful businessman and father of 3. He went onto Justin's Calabasas property and screamed, 'You can't drive like this!' Bieber reponded: 'Get the f**k out of here,' and then he spit in the guy's face and said, 'I'm gonna f**king kill you.'
The man filed a battery report and he wants Bieber prosecuted and will not back down. Sources connected to Justin's security team told TMZ there was no physical contact between Bieber and the neighbor.
Justin Bieber responded to Us Weekly about rumors that he's on the verge of a mental breakdown: 'The biggest misconception about me is that I'm a bad person. I get upset about that. I have a big heart. I want to be a good role model, but some people want me to fail.'
Onbeing photographed heading into his London hotel shirtless: 'I still had part of my tour wardrobe on and was rushing into my hotel.' He was also hospitalized in London March 7 after mysteriously fainting on stage, then walked the streets wearing a gas mask the same week.
'I passed out from the flu. The worst thing to me is disappointing my fans -- we only had five songs left, so they gave me oxygen, and I decided to finish the show and then go to the hospital. The show must go on. Gas mask was joke with my friends.
I wanted to hide my face from all the cameras. They got it as a joke. My friends and I like messing around.. I'm young and I make mistakes. That's part of growing up. I mess up sometimes. It's part of growing up.
I know who I am and I'm not gonna let negativity towards me bring me down. I'm a positive person and I plan on staying that way. This business can break you down, but I have a strong team around me, and my family and all the fans. The love overcomes the negativity. I'm not perfect but I'm growing and trying to be better everyday. That's part of life.
I'm young and I want to have fun. I don't think there is anything wrong with that. I'm thinking about my next album, next tour. Or maybe I'll take a break. I'm figuring it out. Isn't that what you're supposed to do at 19?'
Pix of Bieber tooling around LA HERE!
Pattie Mallette told Aces Hollywood about Bieby going crazy: 'Him being 19, you know, I’ve just gotta let go a little and let him make some of his own decisions. He’s growing up. He’s 19. He’s not my baby. I want to be able to take away free will sometimes and be able to do everything for him, but..
On his ex-girlfriend: '[Selena’s] a sweetheart. I’ll always love and respect her. Whatever Justin chooses , obviously, it’s his life. I’ve talked to her [since the breakup].'
Pattie on her new film about a girl who got pregnant at age 17 called Crescendo: 'We both have a musical son and just the fact that she tried to take her own life.. I tried to take my life when I was 17.'The film will help raise money for crisis pregnancy centers: 'I don’t know where we’d be today without that place. The center that I lived in had to close its doors for lack of funds. I want to make sure that that doesn’t happen.'
Police are at Bieber's Calabasas, CA home investigating his neighbor’s battery complaint filed earlier today, reports TMZ. Bieby and his male neighbor got into an intense yelling match in front of Justin’s home.
LA County Sheriff’s spokesperson Steve Whitmore told TMZ that Bieber made physical contact with the man, resulting in the battery report. Bieby's staff said the man stepped onto his property and started up the argument over a noise complaint. They added that there was no physical contact between parties.
UPDATE: The man who wanted to castrate Bieby stills wants to kill him!
UPDATE #2: One of Justin's neighbors told TMZ .he argument between Bieber and the accuser was NOT over a party it had to do with a Ferrari. Bieber had the car delivered to his home last night on a flatbed truck and this morning, he was racing the vehicle up and down the streets.
The neighbor was furious about the deafening noise AND felt Justin was endangering the community by tearing through the streets at breakneck speeds. The neighbor went over to confront Justin about the situation and that's when the two sides got into a screaming match.
Source told Radar Online: 'Selena has been bashing him but Justin has ordered everyone around him not to fight back. He told his friends and everyone else about Selena, ‘she’s off limits,’ He told everyone to leave her alone.
He doesn’t want to fuel the fire and he just doesn’t want it to be that way with her. ‘I don’t want anyone saying anything negative about her,’ is what he told his pals.' This does not sound like Bieby, he's even gone as low to bash Lindsay Lohan when she is trying to get everything together.
