Bratty Bieby's white Ferrari was just pulled over for speeding .dayys after Bieber allegedly tore through his gated community in the same car, terrorizing his neighbors, reports TMZ. Lil Twist was driving, he was also driving when that photographer was killed earlier this year.
Police pulled Twist over as he roared out of Bieber's gated community in Calabasas. Bieby, 19. went clubbing in New York City last night and hit up three hotspots even though he is underage. Lil Baby and his posse rolled into Avenue nightclub then to Marquee followed by 1 Oak.
The age requirements to hit the different venues and we found Marquee had advertised that Wednesday was a 21+ night. Really no excuse for consistent believing to be above the law, bad influence on young fans.

Justin Bieber Reckless Driving Incident
Justin Bieber is under police investigation for another reckless driving incident, driving his Ferrari at breakneck speeds in his gated community, reports TMZ. The incident occurred at around 8 PM Monday night. LA County Sheriff spokesman Steve Whitmore told TMZ that cops received 2 separate calls in different locations in the Calabasas community.
'Bieber was driving at a startling high rate of speed. At least one child was playing in the area where Bieber was allegedly driving. Cops responded but Bieber refused to speak with them.' Prosecutors are currently reviewing a case where Bieber allegedly drove recklessly and then spit on a neighbor who confronted him. The neighbor says Bieber also threatened to kill him. The case will be presented to the LA County District Attorney.

Shehas so much going on with her music career and upcoming tour, that she can’t be worrying about her relationship with Justin. He needs to be there to support her, not fight her. UPDATE: Neighbors told TMZ that Bieby was riding his Segway and smoking a joint in front of their kids. They've called cops twice in the last five days over loud noise coming from Bieber's house where parties were going at 3 AM. Residents say Justin almost struck a neighbor pulling out of his driveway Sunday.
Cops will begin towing vehicles that are left on the street overnight during Bieber's parties. The neighborhood board believes Bieber is running a business from his house, something prohibited by the association rules. + security guards sleep in the garage.

Taylor Swift doesn’t approve of Selena Gomez getting back together with Justin Bieber, reports Radar. According to insider, Taylor wants nothing more than for Sel to be happy but she doesn’t think romance with Justin is a smart move: 'Let’s just put it this way: Taylor is not a Belieber.
