Bieber's 'Friends' Hanging Out W/ Selena
Justin Bieber‘s best friends throwing wild parties at his mansion while he’s away on tour and hanging out with Selena Gomez. Source told Radar: King Kevi was spotted leaving Selena Gomez‘s Los Angeles area house last Thursday night: 'Kevi and Selena are friends. There was a party that night with 15 or 20 people, just a little kick back, and they were hanging out smoking hookah with some buddies.'

Justin Bieber 2 1/2 Hours Late In Germany
Justin Bieber showed up two and a half hours late to his concert in Dortmund, Germany leaving fans waiting in tears. Fans ended up sitting on the floor of the Westfalenhalle Arena as they waited for their idol to finally start his gig.
When the Bieber finally made it to the stage he offered no apology for being late as one unhappy fan wrote on Twitter: ‘@justinbieber The concert today in Dortmund was a big joke.. How you can come 3 hours too late and don’t say sorry?! Who do you think you are?!’ Justin Bieber was also late for his show at London’s O2 last month but gave no explanation.
