I am not a big fan of Justin Gaston, however that is as negative as I am going to get because I do not know the guy. He just might be using Miley or he could just be a really nice guy and great friend to her. One thing we have to admit Miley fans, she seems in a much better place now than 1 year ago. This time last year, her hair was black, she looked sick, the stolen photos were blowing up on the Internet, and the VF shoot was about 1 month away. NOW, it is good to see her smiling and being Miley again. I really missed that in the first part of 2008. Some on here have labeled Mandy and Justin as being "bad influences", but I see it differently. I think the two of them just may well have saved her life. They helped her climb back from a really....really bad place I think. I wish all of them (and you guys too) all the best in 2009. Keep on rocking it Miles.

Before Miley and Justin were dating- Nick would say about Selena, "She's an amazing girl, and anyone would be lucky to be dating her." When they asked if he would see her outside of work, he said "I probably would."
Now, what I think is that, he would say that about Selena when Miley was all alone and still never had a rebound guy. I think he was trying to show her that he can move on from her. I think he wanted to make himself like Selena, even if he didn't- he just wanted to make Miley jealous because of the whole '7 things' phase. He was probably upset with the song, so he wanted to get back at her.
Now that Miley is with Justin, and all smiles- Nick was asked if he is dating Selena, his answer? "Nope. Single." Flat out 'NO' .
He probably just realized how stupid he was. Being immature and trying to make himself fall for Selena, when it clearly wasn't working. Trying to get Miley jealous when at first it was obvious that she was starting to get annoyed with the whole 'Nelena' rumors. But then since Miley's been happy again, Nick seems so sad.
After the Niley break-up, even when the 'Nelena' rumors were just starting, Nick barely smiled. He wasn't his fun self. But now it's worse than ever. He doesn't even dress the way he used to. I mean, I know peoples style changes, that's natural. But he was known for his tight jeans, now looks like a lawyer.
Miley went into her funk-thing when she died her hair black because he liked her hair with highlights.

The thing that really bugs me about Justin is that he doesn’t really have to work hard at all recently other than being Miley’s arm candy. All right so he has a few modeling jobs here and there. He can take a whole week off and spend with her in NY during Thanksgiving, he goes to Texas with her for a private concert she preformed for some lawyers, he takes a whole week off at Christmas and stays with her in Nashville, he is with her at the MTV Miley-Sized surprise new years eve party. It continues, Justin is seen with her shopping during new years day and then Justin, Miley, Tish, Billy Ray have lunch a couple days later. The only thing I can think of is that Miley is the one that wears the pants in the relationship. I just can’t understand for a struggling singer/actor how he can take so much time off from working, so the only thing I can think of is Miley is supporting him to be with her. I think Justin is the biggest sponge out there who is using her for fame and money. He knows a good thing has fallen into his lap so he is not going anywhere soon.

P.S. I just hope the rumors going around that she drew her own tattoo of a heart shape with Justin’s initials in the middle (trying to get her parents approval to get it inked on her) are false because that would be the dumbest move Miley could ever make.

i think that Justin is just using Miley now hes with her hes getting all this press and this fame and getting known. cant she see whats right in front of her eyes. i think shes making the biggest mistake of her life with justin. she should not get a tattoo with his initials in cos soon as she does and hes got his fame and what he wants from her he'll be off. justin is a lying using scumbag and he really gets on my nerves =]

haha! i read this and stared laughting that was funny!! i used to like niley but am turning into the other side after i read on mag about maybe nick and sel kissing on feb and then nick saying he never had his heart broken and other fans that has posted things that he has done to miley i dont think nick jonas deserve miley i mean really kind of try to bring her down in public by siding with shirts and supporting adcd dance battle photos when they knew what that was going to star rumors and for what because she wrote a song 7thing about how much she cared for him i ment he cant be stupid is was her confesing how much she still cared for him regardles of all his stupid faults. i think am beginning to side with justin on this one he looks like a great guy he goes to her concerts and support her on her shows etc. and the guy is loved by the family is for a reason. and if he only with her for the fame i dont know what guy would like negative fane in reality i dont think thats his style i think he really cares about her he probably dont care to make nick mistake because he probably know that was one of the many problems beside any guy would be proud to walk and hold hand with a gorgeous,talented,kind spirit,funny energetic down to earth with great sense of style i think he probably feel he just won the lotto. oh and justin looks really hot!!

O-M-G!!!!! I WAS THERE!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately I was in the bathroom when she walked out you guys have to trust me I WAS THERE. It's the perfect story. I was there with my mom (who which btw is through the window in the first pic! lol she screamed when I showed her.)
