J-14 confirmed that is was Miley Cyrus and rumored boyfriend Nick Jonas jet skiing on Tybee Island: 'Miley's assistant signed a waver 'Miley Cyrus' and 'Nick Jonas' to ride the ski,  just in case someone got hurt!

Niley rented their jet ski at Tybee Jet Ski & Water Sports. The cost? $89 an hour for one rider plus $15 for an additional rider. They also confirmed to us that Nick and Miley were caught kissing!'
