Miranda 'I'm Still Looking For A Prom Date'

Miranda interview with Teen Hollywood: Are you going to senior prom? I am still looking for a date, if you know anybody. I don’t want to miss it, for sure. They have a home schooling prom, but I’m not sure how fun that would be because you don’t know anybody. It’s just random people, milling about.
I’m probably going to try to go with my friend to her prom. Last time, I got lucky because something happened with her date, at the last minute, and he couldn’t go, so I got to go with her inside of a limo. It was really fun.
Who was your main influence to be an actress? I’ve always loved Meryl Streep. My favorite movie is To Kill a Mockingbird. My mom showed me that movie when I was maybe eight or nine. I watched it with her. Then, I just recently read the book for school. I’ve always loved that. I loved the character of Scout.
What is next for your career? I’m always reading scripts. My parents are always reading scripts, too. They help me make all my decisions. I’d love to get to be in a really great film. I guess that’s what everybody wants. I love comedies. I love all the Judd Apatow movies, like Forgetting Sarah Marshall, that Jason’s in. I’d love to get to be in a really funny movie like that because, when I go to the movies with my friends, I love being able to sit there and just crack up.

Miranda chatted with The Morning Mash Up on SIRIUS XM. Is there competition with you and Miley Cyrus? No. I have met her a few times. I met her the first time at the Kids Choice Awards and I just saw her the other night at the Much Music Awards because she was hosting, in Canada. She has always been really nice.
Do you have any crushes? I have crushes on different people. I have been on a lot of dates. I don’t have a serious boyfriend. I went on a date recently with a guy who, I don’t know if I should be saying this, but he drove on the wrong side of the road. And it was very scary.. I’m so scared my mom is going to hear this.
It was really funny, he kept bragging and saying what a great driver he was. And I think he was a little nervous. He was like ‘I’m an amazing driver, I went to this amazing driving school.’ I was kind of making fun of his driving. Then he was like ‘I’m making a U-Turn’ and he turned really fast all cool and he stopped right in front of the restaurant and the valet guy was like ‘Dude you are on the wrong side of the road’.

Miranda Cosgrove Kissin' You About Who?

Miranda Cosgrove recently told Tiger Beat: 'Nat [Wolff] & I are just really close friends, he’s great.' In related news, she revealed that she never told her crush that 'Kissin' You' was about him, but that he found out!
'I never told him because I'm so embarrassed. But, he actually figured it out! We were at a sushi place and the song came on. He said that he had heard it before and that it was really great. It was kind of awkward.
I was scared he would hear the song and get weirded out that I wrote a song about him. He didn't actually say he knew but hew as just laughing. It's a good thing, he was flattered!' Do YOU think it's about rumored BF Nat Wolff?
