Hannah Montana star Mitchel Musso, 20, has avoided possible jail time in his drunk driving case after agreeing to pay a fine and enroll in an alcohol education class, reports TMZ. He was preparing to head to trial over an arrest in Burbank, California for reportedly failing a breathalyser test in October and faced up to six months behind bars and a $1,000 fine after recently pleading..
..not guilty to two counts of driving while drunk, Mitchel made a deal and pleaded no contest to a lesser charge of having a blood alcohol level over the legal limit of 0.08. He was sentenced to 36 months of informal probation, ordered to pay a fine and must complete an alcohol awareness course.

Mitchel Musso is leaving Disney Channel's 'Pair of Kings', reports TMZ. He was arrested in October for allegedly driving drunk, but pleaded not guilty. Mitchel and Disney has been in talks about moving him off the kids show & into young adult projects.

Mitchel Musso formally entered a not guilty plea in his delayed arraignment on DUI charges from a bust last October in which officers found his blood-alcohol level to be above 0.08 percent after pulling him over for failing to slow down near an unrelated traffic accident, reports E!. If convicted, he faces a maximum of six months behind bars and a $1,000 fine. Mitchel also went to hospital recently.
