Logan Lerman Joins Fury W/ Brad Pitt
Logan Lerman is joining Brad Pitt and Shia LaBeouf in Fury, the WWII tank thriller that David Ayer wrote and is directing for QED and Sony Pictures, reports Deadline. Lerman will play Norman Ellison, an Army typist and the youngest and most inexperienced member of the crew who is thrust into being a tank gunner.

At the most recent audition, Danielle and Ben were there and I got to read a scene with them! I was so excited because, I mean, they ARE Corey and Topanga! We talked about “BMW” and school and “GMW.” It was really cool to meet them.
What was the audition process like for this role? I auditioned literally 10 times! At the first audition, [the producers] told me I was perfect, only that I was too young. I went into the car and cried! Haha! Luckily, I was called back the next week.
Who is your favorite actor/actress? Who would you love to work with one day? I absolutely love Audrey Hepburn. She’s just so classy and talented. I also love Anne Hathaway and Natalie Portman. I have a lot of respect for them because they both went to college and are very serious about their craft. My favorite actors are Tom Hanks and Humphrey Bogart. I know, Humphrey Bogart. Haha.
Once you’re old enough, who would you cast as your on-screen boyfriend? Daniel Radcliffe, not only because he’s cute, but because I respect him as an actor. Who is your young star crush? Dakota Goyo from 'Real Steel' and Colin Ford from 'We Bought a Zoo.'
Any Disney Channel idols that you look up to? Miley, Selena, Demi? I think Selena Gomez is very smart at acting and has made good choices in her life. I am literally counting down the days until 'The Wizards Return: Alex vs. Alex.'

Jake T Austin + Avan Jogia ABC Series
ABC Family has picked up two new one-hour drama pilots: The Jennifer Lopez- produced The Fosters, as well as Twisted, from Gavin Palone (Gilmore Girls). via SpoilerTV.
Created by Bradley Bredeweg and Peter Paige (Queer As Folk), The Fosters involves a “multi-ethnic family mix of foster and biological kids being raised by two moms,” according to the press release. The series will star Teri Polo (Meet the Parents), Sherri Saum (In Treatment) and Jake T. Austin (Wizards of Waverly Place), among others.
Twisted (originally titled Socio) is a mystery about a “16-year-old with a troubled past who recently reconnected with his two female best friends from childhood. He becomes the prime suspect when a fellow student is surprisingly found dead in her home.” The show will star Avan Jogia (Victorious), Sam Robards (Treme, Gossip Girl), and Denise Richards. Both series are slated to premiere on ABC Family this summer. Will YOU watch these new shows?
Chloe Moretz 'If I Stay' Supernatural Role
R.J Cutler is in talks to direct the supernatural music pic titled, "If I Stay" as his first narrative film -- looking to slate Chloe Moretz as the main character. Denise DiNovi and Alison Greenspan of DiNovi Pictures will produce, with Lionsgate production prexy Erik Feig and senior veep Gillian Bohrer overseeing the project for the studio.
Based on Gayle Forman's 2009 novel, "If I Stay" revolves around the relationship between a femme classical musician and her indie rock-star boyfriend. via Variety.
