Charlie Puth was waking up in London when he heard about winning two awards at last night’s Billboard Music Awards. His collaboration with Wiz Khalifa on “See You Again” took home the award for both Top Hot 100 Song and Top Rap Song. Charlie went on to tweet about making his mom proud, and he may have hinted at new music in the process.
The singer recalled his mom telling him to “write a song the whole world will sing,” which was seemingly accomplished with “See You Again.” Charlie followed up with an elusive comment about his next song. His tweet reads like a promise for a new song that is sure to take off like his first, but it’s still unclear.
