Lady Gaga is making the most of her headlining gig at Coachella. Since replacing Beyoncé, Gaga already debuted a new single live at the massive festival. Now, it’s been announced that scenes for Gaga’s upcoming movie, the remake of “A Star Is Born,” will be shot at the festival this week.
Gaga gave her fans a first look at her character in the movie on Instagram, where she shared a pic with co-star and director Bradley Cooper. The duo is on stage in the shot. Now, fans can see the same thing live and serve as extras for the film.
The festival shots this week have an open casting call, but a $10 admission cost goes straight to the Born This Way Foundation. Little Monsters have been asked to dress up country/western style for the shoot, but “leave those pink Joanne hats at home.”
In her Instagram post, Gaga teased that shooting has already started for the project. She will be credited in the film as Stefani Germanotta.
