Aaron Carter may have finally gotten his first hit single since his 2001 single “Oh Aaron” and the success is already getting to his head. In an interview on “Allegedly w/ Theo Von and Matthew Cole Weiss” the “Sooner or Later” singer claimed that Scooter Braun and Justin Bieber have reason to be afraid of his comeback.
“I hope you’re enjoying my pavement,” Aaron says referring to Justin’s career being able to get to where it is today thanks to his success back in the early 2000s. The singer’s comments were made about Justin not following Aaron’s career mistakes. “Someone wrote an article and compared me to what Justin Bieber should NOT become. feelings hurt, so I lashed out. JB is an amazing artist …,” he wrote on Twitter Tuesday morning.
According to Aaron he is, “to this day,” selling more than Justin. We don’t really know where Aaron got his numbers from, though. While he has sold four million albums in the U.S., his competition is sitting at 44.7 million in the U.S. as of 2015.
