Azealia Banks has found a new feuding partner in Rihanna and the two squared off to produce one epic battle over the weekend. Azealia lashed out at Rihanna, and celebrities in general, for criticizing President Donald Trump’s new travel ban. The artist focused her efforts on attacking Rihanna for using her influence to speak out on issues as someone who “isn’t a citizen and can’t vote.”

After reflecting on her harsh words toward Zayn Malik, Azealia Banks has issued a formal apology to the “Pillowtalk” singer. Azealia took to Instagram and shared a letter that she hopes to be taken as sincere and heartfelt. “I chose to share this letter on social media as I offended not only Zayn but may other people. I have learnt to admit my wrongs and how to take accountability for my actions. I’m sorry,” she writes in the caption.
Azealia Banks is reflecting on her Twitter attack against Zayn Malik in which the world saw her tweet racist remarks towards the singer and his mother. The rapper recently spoke with the Evening Standard and admits that her own mother made her realize she might’ve taken her insults too far. “She was like, ‘Azealia, you hurt a lot of people’. I was like, ‘f**k,'” she reveals.

“Red Flame,” one of two songs that Azealia and Gaga did together, popped up on the audio sharing site and was quickly taken down, but it was too late. The file has been circulating on the Internet since its leak.

With a Twitter account that reportedly belongs to the rapper, she responded to a fan who criticized her apparent skin color change. She also reposted the response to her official Instagram account, but has since deleted the post.
Problematic rapper Azealia Banks may have finally realized her wrongs after being banned from Twitter. Yesterday the rapper used Instagram to issue an apology after attacking Zayn Malik with racial and homophobic insults.
“Employing racial/sexual slurs/ stereotypes in attempts to make fun of or degrade another person or group is absolutely unacceptable and is not fair or fun for anyone,” Azealia wrote. The rapper goes on to acknowledge that her anger led to her upsetting many people “and for that I give my deepest apologies.”
