Miley Cyrus’s collaboration with Converse has received its first ad. The promotional video first premiered during “The Voice” finale, but due to the singer being busy coaching her final team member she wasn’t able to share the spot until Wednesday.
After releasing a limited edition collection of Pride-themed Chuck Taylor’s, Miley Cyrus is gearing up to release her own collection of Converse shoes. On Friday, the singer teased the shoes by showing off a few pieces from the collection via Instagram.
With the VMAs done and over, Miley Cyrus is reverting back into her crazy days as part of her new series with Converse “Public Access.” The singer was tasked with creating her own public access show for the brand along with “Game of Thrones” star Maisie Williams who will be joined by Amandla Stenberg.
In the 27-second teaser, Miley is seen on a stripper pole which is complete turnaround from her current rebranded wholesome image. Converse’s “Public Access” premieres September 5.

Miley Cyrus wants everyone to walk a mile in her shoes. And she teamed up with Converse for a special line of Pride-themed Chuck Taylor’s so each step taken will be in style. The singer was even sporting a pair of the new shoes at the Capital Pride show she played in Washington, D.C.
The new shoes are doing more than just lining Converse’s pockets, though. According to posts from the company owned by Nike, net proceeds from sales of the rainbow-covered sneakers will benefit the Happy Hippie Foundation and the It Gets Better Project.
Both It Gets Better and Miley’s Happy Hippies help LGBTQ youth, especially those threatened with homelessness.
