Taylor Swift must be trying to get rid of the flowers in her garden, because the singer keeps sending them as gifts. With flowers left over from sending them to her “Look What You Made Me Do” backup dancers and the congratulation flowers she sent to Cardi B, Taylor sent a bouquet to “Dancing With the Stars” contestant Victoria Arlen.
