Charlie Puth has canceled the remainder of his “Don’t Talk Tour” due to being “extremely sick.” The singer has been no stranger to illness throughout the last month of his tour. He recently performed in New York after being hospitalized with the flu, which was documented on Instagram. Charlie had to cancel his performance at the Arizona State Fair about a week later, citing illness as the reason.
He was, however, able to put on a rather good set over the weekend. Charlie performed at 97.1 Amp Radio’s annual We Can Survive event for Breast Cancer Awareness Month the night before making his tour announcement.
“Unfortunately I have to cancel the remaining dates on my Don’t Talk Tour,” Charlie writes. “I have been extremely sick pushing through these dates and haven’t taken the time my body needs to recover. Resting and taking time off the road is the only way I can get better and start performing for you again.”
