Today was apparently a day for comeback videos. First Ashley Tisdale released the video for her new song, “Voices in My Head.” And Ellie Goulding also released her first significant music video in several years for ‘”Close to Me,” her collaboration with Diplo and Rae Sremmurd’s Swae Lee.
Ellie’s video aims to be more of a beautiful visual than tell a story. Shot at various historical places in Budapest, Hungary, the video serves as a vehicle for Ellie to model various high-end fashion looks with Budapest’s old world architecture and interior design as a backdrop. Which is sometimes all that one needs in a video.
