Normani Koredi Crowned “DWTS” Winner At Fifth Harmony’s Emotional Philly Concert

Normani Koredi Gets Crowned DWTS Winner At Fifth Harmony's ShowFifth Harmony performed in Philadelphia Friday night and emotions ran high in the wake of the Ariana Grande concert bombing. The ladies took multiple opportunities to acknowledge their love for their fans and as they left the stage, they waved a powerful banner that one concert goer brought to the show.

The rainbow-colored banner read “Let us love the world to peace” and Lauren Jauregui decided to chant the phrase as her bandmates waved it high.

“One of the highlights of the show tonight, thank you to whoever brought this and for every one in that room being so full of LOVE,” Lauren later tweeted out.

Earlier in the show, Ally Brooke addressed the tragedy with an emotional speech that brought her to tears. “We don’t understand it, but we must persevere,” Ally said, choking back tears.

On top of the inspirational environment curated at the hands of the crowd and the band, Normani Koredi also experienced a moment to remember. After a shocking third place finish on this season of “Dancing with the Stars,” Normani was still able to be crowned the winner in Philadelphia. A fan passed her very own trophy to the front of the stage after Normani, once again, thanked her fans for their support during her recent journey.

Is Fifth Harmony Trying To Block Camila Cabello’s Solo Debut With A Single Of Its Own?

You Didn't Hear It From Normani Kordei, But Fifth Harmony Might Drop New Music June 2 featureNormani Kordei may have missed out on the mirror ball trophy on “Dancing With The Stars,” but her girls from Fifth Harmony were there to support her. Lauren Jauregui and Dinah Jane Hansen even helped fan the flames of outrage at the results on Twitter after the show. Meanwhile, Ally Brooke wiping away a tear in a live reaction shot is getting memed.

That’s not surprising as rumors are now swirling that the group is primed to release a new single next Friday, June 2, in an appearance on “Good Morning America.” An interviewer caught up with Normani during a rehearsal with her “DWTS” partner Val Chmerkovskiy and asked about that possibility.

“Is that confirmed?” Normani asked in a whisper when questioned about a June 2nd appearance on morning talk show. “I find stuff out when you guys do,” she added with a laugh as the interviewer pressed her. Normani didn’t say the “GMA” spot was for sure, but she didn’t deny it either.

“We’ve been in rehearsals learning new choreo,” Normani said. She wouldn’t say who produced the new track, but did promise, “It’ll be worth the wait.”

Check out the interview in which Normani almost dishes on the new 5H single below, plus see some fan reactions to the idea of a June 2nd single release.

Robbed! Normani Kordei Finishes Third On “Dancing With The Stars”

Robbed! Normani Kordei Finishes Third On Dancing With The Stars featureNormani Kordei was among those shocked on Tuesday night when she took third place in the “Dancing With The Stars” finale. The Fifth Harmony singer seemed like a frontrunner to win the season, but she was diplomatic speaking on the loss afterwards.

“You’re never really guaranteed,” she said of the final decision. “It was quite a shocker for me as well, but I’ve gained so much from this experience.” Normani is coming away from her third-place finish with a smile.

“I’m so happy, and I can’t even begin to express you know the gratitude that I carry and the blessing especially because I have a lifelong friend now,” she said of her dancing partner, Val Chmerkovskiy. Val wasn’t the only friend Normani had by her side last night.

Camila Cabello Claims Staying In Fifth Harmony Would’ve Been The Safe Option

Camila Cabello talks fifth harmony on beats 1Camila Cabello spilled all of the tea on her departure from Fifth Harmony during an interview with Zane Lowe on Beats 1. The singer sat down for the interview that lasted over 20 minutes to explain when she decided that being in a group wasn’t in her future.

“I think that happened to me as I was discovering my voice as an artist. Especially as a songwriter, I just felt I needed to express that and it was just time to, you know, sing my story,” Camila explained, discussing when she knew her time in Fifth Harmony was coming to an end. “Me leaving the group at that point in time when we were really the most successful is not the safe option,” she added. The singer indirectly threw a bit of shade towards the remaining members saying, “the safe thing would’ve been to just stay and to keep singing the songs and keep doing the choreography.”

The singer’s decision to leave the group to sing the music that she wanted sounds a bit like Zayn’s blueprint for his One Direction departure. However, although the two artists had similar exit strategies, Camila says his exit wasn’t her inspiration. “I mean I don’t think that influenced my decision, but I was definitely like ‘Ayyyy, you go Zayn,'” she admitted.

DNCE, Fifth Harmony And Halsey Celebrate Take The Stage At EndFest 2017

DNCE, Fifth Harmony And Halsey Celebrate The End At EndFest 2017 featureDNCE joined Fifth Harmony and Halsey at 106.5 The End’s 2017 EndFest on Monday. All three acts had parts of their sets featured on the radio station’s Instagram account, where there were also pics from the day.

Fifth Harmony ran through several of its hits, including “BO$$,” “All in My Head (Flex),” and “Work from Home.” The four-piece also gave a shoutout to their Sacramento fans. But it doesn’t look like the girls were ready to offer up any new music just yet. However, watching Ally Brooke struggle against the wind was well worth it.

Halsey brought her floral stage design to the festival, although her outfit was a little toned compared to previous outings from the “hopeless fountain kingdom” era. Halsey performed “Now or Never,” music off of her old record and gave the crowd a version of “Closer,” her collab with The Chainsmokers, too.

DNCE took the stage after the sun went out and played its hits like “Good Day” and “Cake by the Ocean.” Cole Whittle even did some more rapping.
