Lady Gaga has finally addressed the ongoing feud between herself and Madonna in her Netflix documentary “Gaga: Five Foot Two.” In a newly released clip, the singer is hanging out with a few a her friends when the topic was brought up.
“Telling me that you think I’m a piece of sh*t through the media is like, it’s like a guy passing me a note through his friend,” Lady Gaga said of the 2012 ABC News interview with Madonna. “I just want Madonna to f**king push me up against a wall and kiss me and tell me I’m a piece of sh*t.”
That wasn’t the only time Lady Gaga’s obsession with Madonna was shown in her Netflix documentary. While visiting her grandmother, Gaga is seen looking at old pictures and once again mentions their feud. “Hey, if I had kept that gap then I would have had even more problems with Madonna,” she said.

Lady Gaga’s new documentary “Gaga: Five Foot Two” has finally arrived on Netflix. The video follows Mother Monster throughout the making of her latest album, “Joanne.” It gives a very personal glimpse into the singer’s life, with topics ranging from her battle with fibromyalgia to her breakup with Taylor Kinney.
Hours ahead of its release, Gaga penned a few final thoughts. She, of course, thanked the director and her family, but she also thanked her devoted fans for helping her get through the tangled, often lonely life of stardom.
“For me, it feels very unnatural, but complicated because I know it is my destiny to be a performer,” she writes. “Yet I am so humbled by the side of fame that breeds love from the world, the voice I’ve been given by my fans to spread message of empowerment and equality, the fortunate life it’s brought to me and my family and how we can now give to others in need.”

Earlier this week, Lady Gaga had to call off what was supposed to be a sold-out show in Montreal due to a respiratory infection and laryngitis. A “devastated” Mother Monster has made a miraculous recovery and is now scheduled to perform at the Toronto Film Festival this evening, September 8.
Gaga’s publicist confirmed her unexpected gig to The Hollywood Reporter, where in a statement it was also revealed that the festival added a Friday morning press conference to promote “Gaga: Five Foot Two.” The Netflix documentary will screen later in the evening and Lady Gaga’s performance will happen immediately afterward.
Although the news follows Lady Gaga’s recent cancellation, the pop star was able to pull off a two-night gig in Toronto after axing the Montreal show.
If she was healthy enough to perform in Toronto and is now healthy enough for a full day of press opportunities, what do you make of Lady Gaga’s Montreal decision?
