Galore Magazine released the second cover for their #GenerationBombshell campaign featuring actress/singer Zendaya. She channeled her inner Cindy Crawford for the cover with blown-out hair, short shorts and a sexy little mole. Her imitation even won over Cindy, earning her sweet kiss emoji tweet. In her interview, Zendaya reflected on the controversial comments made by Giuliana Rancic about her dreaded hair at the 2015 Oscars. “I just kept thinking there were other young people dealing with the same kind of issue who were watching me to see how I would respond. I think the way we react to things is a big indicator of our character and what type of person we are.” She continued on to say,”I just had too much respect for myself…so I took my time until I thought of the best way I could address the comments.”
When asked how she felt about being a role model she responded, “There’s a lot you can do without trying. Graduating high school…is really inspiring to a lot of kids my age…Hopefully, I’m showing people that if I can do it, they can do it.”
Despite embracing the responsibilities of a role model, Zendaya knows she is still young and can’t always take everything so serious. “I’m young, so I just like to enjoy my life…I’m on the ride and I just want to live and enjoy it.”
