All Of The 2017 Billboard Music Awards Performances You’ll Be Glad You Missed

Halsey Lorde and Ed Sheeran performCamila Cabello and Miley Cyrus weren’t the only artists to hit the stage for the 2017 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday night. Ed Sheeran, Lorde and Halsey were all musical guests, giving forgettable performances either in Las Vegas or in Chile.

Although this should’ve been the perfect time for Lorde to debut a new song, the singer decided that “Green Light” was the best song to deliver with a karaoke-style performance. The singer had the right idea for anyone who may forget the words to their own track as the song’s lyrics flashed across a television screen.

Halsey also hit the stage performing a song that many feel is just her rip-off of Rihanna’s “Needed Me.” Dressed in all white and a sheer do-rag, the singer performed “Now or Never” which included some interesting dance moves. Ed, who is currently still on tour, joined the awards show with his performance of “Castle On The Hill,” even though “Galway Girl” is his current single.

DNCE, Fifth Harmony And Halsey Celebrate Take The Stage At EndFest 2017

DNCE, Fifth Harmony And Halsey Celebrate The End At EndFest 2017 featureDNCE joined Fifth Harmony and Halsey at 106.5 The End’s 2017 EndFest on Monday. All three acts had parts of their sets featured on the radio station’s Instagram account, where there were also pics from the day.

Fifth Harmony ran through several of its hits, including “BO$$,” “All in My Head (Flex),” and “Work from Home.” The four-piece also gave a shoutout to their Sacramento fans. But it doesn’t look like the girls were ready to offer up any new music just yet. However, watching Ally Brooke struggle against the wind was well worth it.

Halsey brought her floral stage design to the festival, although her outfit was a little toned compared to previous outings from the “hopeless fountain kingdom” era. Halsey performed “Now or Never,” music off of her old record and gave the crowd a version of “Closer,” her collab with The Chainsmokers, too.

DNCE took the stage after the sun went out and played its hits like “Good Day” and “Cake by the Ocean.” Cole Whittle even did some more rapping.

DNCE, Halsey And Niall Horan Bring New Music To 93.3 Summer Kickoff Concert 2017

DNCE, Halsey And Niall Horan Bring New Music To 93.3 Summer Kickoff Concert 2017 featureChannel 93.3 in San Diego hosted a blowout summer concert on Friday night. The musical acts brought their early contenders for song of the summer as DNCE, Halsey, Niall Horan, Noah Cyrus and Hailee Steinfeld all took the stage with varying degrees of energy, skill and pyrotechnics.

DNCE performed “Kissing Strangers,” which livened up a setlist of the band’s old standards like “Cake By The Ocean,” “Body Moves” and “Toothbrush.” Anyone worried about what the track might sound like without featured artist Nicki Minaj got to experience Cole Whittle rapping. The band impressed with a seamless mashup of covers of “Wannabe” by the Spice Girls, “Oops! I Did It Again” by Britney Spears and Kanye West’s “Fade.”

Niall Horan’s set didn’t quite have the high energy of DNCE or the awe-inspiring visuals of Halsey’s, but it did have new music from the One Direction member. Alongside his new song “Slow Hands,” Niall played “On The Loose,” rumored to be another track from his upcoming debut solo album.

Meanwhile, Hailee Steinfeld danced her way through “Love Myself” and Noah Cyrus struggled with another live performance as she brought “Make Me (Cry).”
