Katy Perry (Almost) Gets A Presidential Shoe Endorsement

Katy Perry Gets An (Almost) Presidential Shoe Endorsement featureAs Katy Perry cut off even more hair, her shoe collection got a major plug from a high profile name in the world of politics. Katy shared a photo of former Senator, First Lady and Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton wearing The Hillary, a pump with golden stars and moons in the heel.

Katy and Hillary go way back, as Katy pushed hard to get Hillary elected in 2016. The two appear to have remained tight after Hillary’s loss. As Hillary re-emerges on the public stage after some time in the woods, it must be nice to have politically minded friends like Katy to help re-establish her image.

Hopefully, Hillary won’t have to find out the hard way whether or not Katy’s collection of heels holds up during marches in the streets.

Jennifer Lawrence FaceTimes North Carolina Voters To Get Them To The Polls

Jennifer Lawrence FaceTimes North Carolina Voters To Get Them To The Polls featureJennifer Lawrence made one last effort to get out the vote on Election Day. The actress found a way to campaign in the crucial swing state of North Carolina, and she didn’t even have to be there. Jennifer’s boyfriend, director Darren Aronofsky, used his phone to let voters at Duke University FaceTime with Jennifer as he offered them a ride to the polls.

“I just casually FaceTimed with Jennifer Lawrence,” one Duke student wrote with a photo of Darren holding a phone with Jennifer’s face on it. “Darren Aronofsky is the man.”

Darren, a Hillary Clinton supporter, was on campus from 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM, offering people rides to the polls. Hillary lost the state to Donald Trump.

The result pushed Lady Gaga to make a powerful choice that lead her to the foot of Trump Tower in New York City. She peacefully protested his win, but it read less like a protest and more like an inspirational message.
