What started as a meme became a reality when Bonnie Tyler agreed to perform her classic hit “Total Eclipse of the Heart” during the 2017 solar eclipse. Bonnie probably could’ve performed her famous 1983 track anywhere and with anyone, but she chose a cruise ship for her stage and DNCE for her backing band.

Demi Lovato turned 25 over the weekend. The singer celebrated her birthday with a big group of friends at a Dave & Buster’s. The sober star brought an entourage along with her that included her manager, Phil McIntyre, and her rehab co-owner, Mike Bayer.
Demi, Phil and Mike all shared videos from the so-called “surprise party” at the barcade. Demi got a special cake and won tons of tickets. She also posed with a birthday queen crown as part of the celebration.
Demi also got tons of birthday messages on social media from people like the Jonas Brothers, Fifth Harmony’s Dinah Jane Hansen, Ellen Degeneres and UFC fighter Cat Zingano.

Just a few days after Joe Jonas celebrated his 28th birthday, the rest of the Jonas Brothers decided to get together. While Joe has been touring Southeast Asia with DNCE, Kevin Jonas and Nick Jonas decided to spend a little quality time together in New York.
The bros were spotted in Manhattan, hanging out casual street style. Kevin showed off his svelte dad bod while Nick’s bulk was masked by a loose-fitting patterned button-down. Nick still hasn’t buzzed his hair since it’s started to curl again.
Maybe he and Kevin took a chance to talk politics.

Joe Jonas turned 28 on Tuesday. As the singer approaches 30, his friends and family took to social media with well wishes. Both of the other Jonas Brothers shared pics of Joe via Instagram, along with sweet messages for the middle child.
“The world is a better place with you in it,” Nick Jonas wrote. Older brother Kevin Jonas captioned his pic of Joe with “love you brother.” While the Jonas Brothers were predictable with their posts, Joe’s bandmates in DNCE were predictably wild.
Cole Whittle wished a happy birthday to his “eternal brother stepdad husband dogwalker bartender psychiatrist alien parole officer twin and mentor.” Cole added, “I love you.” JinJoo Lee had a similar message for her “best friend-big-and-baby-bro-and-best-band mate.”
Conspicuously absent from the birthday posting was Joe’s girlfriend, Sophie Turner. The couple hasn’t been spending much time together in the last month, but Sophie’s been busy with the new season of “Game of Thrones.”

Joe Jonas is a worldly man. His latest travels have taken him to Bangkok, Thailand, where he’s hanging with his DNCE pals Cole Whittle and Jack Lawless in the city’s crowded streets. The trio was there with JinJoo Lee for a show in the capital, but Joe found some time to workout while he was in town. While Cole was discovering that his boxer shorts style was right at home in Thailand, Joe was sparring at a major Muay Thai gym.
Joe went toe-to-toe with Saenchai, a four-time Thai title winner and both showed off video of the session via Instagram. Cole tagged along with Joe to the gym and got hit in the head during a dance contest for his trouble. Joe’s boxing coach, Ava Knight, was along for the ride as well.

Kevin Jonas is a busy guy. Whether he’s fathering his daughters, developing apps or allegedly supporting President Donald J. Trump, he only has so much time for nostalgia about the days when he was still a musician.
A special anniversary gave him a chance to take a walk down memory lane, though. It’s been 11 years since the Jonas Brothers began in 2006, and ten years since the group dropped its self-titled album. Kevin marked the occasion with a pic of the platinum “Jonas Brothers” record.
“I can’t believe it’s been 10 years already!” he wrote in the caption on his post. The self-titled second album from Kevin, Nick Jonas and Joe Jonas rocketed them from barely cracking the U.S. top 100 to certified platinum, top-5 hit makers.
“Thank you for all the love today,” Joe tweeted. Nick was all quiet online, but no doubt he revisited his memories of the release with a stiff drink.
