Justin Bieber allegedly committed an attempted robbery, according to a San Fernando Valley woman, LAPD is now investigating. The woman told TMZ that Monday night she was at the Sherman Oaks Castle Park, a complex with miniature golf and a batting cage, when she spotted Justin and his entourage playing a little mini golf and then hitting balls.
The woman said Justin and his crew got into an altercation with some guys at the batting cage when Justin noticed she was going for her cellphone to take pictures. She says Justin demanded to see her phone so he could erase any photos. She said she refused to fork over the phone so he then went into her purse and grabbed it.
The woman said she began wrestling with Bieber, trying to get her phone back. She said he ripped it out of her hands but couldn’t accomplish his mission because the phone was locked. She said Justin gave her the phone back and demanded that she unlock it to see if she took photos.
UPDATE: A employee at The Sherman Oaks Castle Park where the incident occurred told TMZ that Bieber didn’t rob her. She said the woman was the instigator, ignoring security’s requests to stop taking pics. She says Bieber was upset, but never got physical.
UPDATE #2: Bieber statement: It is hard to defend myself and my privacy every moment of the day. Then to see rumors. The truth will set u free. My mom raised me to be kind to others. I get judged, harassed, and I try to take the high road. Sometimes it isn’t easy. But we keep trying.
I will continue to be the man my mother raised. I love people and I will try to be kind even when things are not fair. Don’t believe rumors. Thanks for those who stick by me and those that help me grow everyday. I love you. Off to have fun and smile with friends. I’m human. I feel. I hurt. But I got thick skin too. I can handle it. I love you.’

After Justin Bieber egged his neighbors house, he was seen on surveillance video running behind a car outside his house immediately and peeking out from the side. He was caught on tape celebrating and high-fiving his friends, cops told TMZ.
They have Justin Bieber on the singer’s own surveillance video walking in the area of the egg attack right at the time it happened. Cops knew the culprit in the video was Bieber because he was wearing the same sweater he wore in an Instagram photo the next day.
The LA DA is now determining whether to charge Bieber with a misdemeanor or felony.
Ariana Grande claims that did NOT steal her single ‘The Way’, claiming she wrote the song all on her own, reports Radar. Ariana filed documents in federal court responding to the copyright infringement lawsuit filed by Minder Music, who claimed she infringed on the song ‘Troglodyte,’ which was originally released by the 1970s disco group The Jimmy Castor Bunch.
Minder Music, a UK entity which owns rights to songs written and recorded by the band, sued claiming that Grande’s ‘The Way’ uses substantially similar phrases as ‘Troglodyte.’ The song featured the phrase: ‘What we’re gonna do right here is go back, way back, back into time.’
Ariana admitted that her song includes the phrase ‘What we gotta do right here is go back, back into time,’ but denies that she copied the lyrics. She never asked for permission to use parts of the song ‘Troglodyte’ because there was no obligation on her part to do so.
She fired back at the allegation by Minder that they own part of her song and charged that Minder cannot sue over said phrase because one cannot copyright a basic phrase like that. She has asked a judge to deny their request for an injunction, stopping her from selling the song and wants the lawsuit dismissed. She has requested that Minder pay for all her legal bills.
