Dinah Jane showed up to the premiere of Disney’s upcoming movie “Moana” earlier this week. The film unveils Disney’s first Polynesian princess and Dinah, of Polynesian descent, was excited to to take part in celebrating the brand’s latest inclusive stride. The Fifth Harmony member shared various social media posts from the premiere, including a heartfelt congratulations to the film’s star Auli’i Cravalho.
“Because of you so many girls around the world will watch this movie and feel that they too can conquer the world! I felt so moved and motivated by your courage,” Dinah writes. After declaring Moana her favorite Disney princess, the singer continued to explode with pride. “I laughed so hard in parts of the movie and then I cried and cried even more because you made all of POLYNESIA so so proud.”
