The show was ready for the girls to phone it in after all the road dates, and it had them play a game in which they lip synced their own songs.
Ed Sheeran was too young to appear on an episode of MTV’s “TRL” when it originally aired from 1998-2008. Nine years later, Ed is now a household name and the music video series has been revived with the U.K. singer as one of its first musical guests.
After FOX series “Scream Queens” got canceled, it looked as if Keke Palmer’s screaming days had come to an end, but the Scream Queen is back.
According to Variety, the actress will join the cast of MTV’s series “Scream” for its third season. The TV series is an adaptation of Wes Craven’s hit horror film franchise. Palmer will play the lead character Kym, a social activist whose characteristics resemble that of the horror film’s lead character, Sidney Prescott.
Other cast members of the show include Tyga, Kylie Jenner’s ex, C.J. Wallace, son of late rapper Notorious B.I.G, Giorgia Whigham, Jessica Sula and Giullian Yao Gioiello. The six-episode season is expected to air in March 2018.

Louis Tomlinson recently sat down with MTV for a chat about his new music. Louis briefly discussed his solo single “Back to You” featuring Bebe Rexha, but also shared some details about what to expect from his upcoming debut solo album.
“I kind of been in too many sessions and heard too many songs that describe situations that I just can’t relate to, that just seem to be so Hollywood almost, so almost unrealistic,” Louis said. Apparently, he’s interested in making music that feels more authentic. That might mean returning to his own musical roots, but just where did Louis’ love for music grow from?
