DNCE may be staking its claim in the UK thanks to an extended stint as Selena Gomez’s opening act for the “Revival World Tour,” but they couldn’t leave New Zealand without having a go at web series “Pop On The Couch.” The laid back show allows musicians to check out the music and videos of their peers. While Cole Whittle and JinJoo Lee spoke about Shawn Mendes’ “Treat You Better” and Jack Lawless put his two cents in on Katy Perry’s “Rise,” Joe Jonas schooled host Joseph Harper on how to become a child music star.
“You’ve got to be writing songs, at least, by the time you’re two or three years old,” Joe jokes. “If you’re not doing that, you can’t be a famous child musician.”
Check out what Joe and the rest of DNCE had to say about the music videos of their contemporaries below.
