Fifth Harmony’s Australian fans woke up to some disappointing news after hearing that the girl group cancelled its upcoming tour dates. Ticketmaster issued a statement early Friday confirming that due to “change of scheduling” the girls would not be embarking on their four-city Australian leg.

Fifth Harmony has finished the last stop on the first leg of its “PSA Tour.” The 10-date run through South America had some memorable moments, from Normani Kordei’s graceful fall to Lauren Jauregui’s admission she actually likes their music now. One of the most hilarious moments came when opening act Becky G was ushered off stage by security personnel who thought she was a fan. But that’s all a distant memory now as Becky G said farewell to 5H and their tour together.
Becky G learned a hard lesson about not getting too comfortable after the singer was snatched off the stage when Fifth Harmony’s security mistook her for a fan. She was just trying to be a good friend, but the middle of the group’s performance may not have been the best time.
Fifth Harmony is back on the road. After Ally Brooke Hernandez called the group’s first run of shows sans Camila Cabello the “best time we’ve ever had,” she and the rest of the remaining girls kicked off their “PSA Tour” in Chile on Friday night. Much of South America has an intense case of Fifth Harmony fever, and the symptoms were obvious at Movistar Arena in Santiago, Chile’s capital and largest city.
Becky G had some big news to announce when she revealed that she will be joining Fifth Harmony on its Latin America tour. The singer will be the opening act for the group’s “PSA Tour” in Argentina, Brazil, and Chile starting this Friday, September 29.
Fifth Harmony is entering the homestretch to the release of its next album. With about two weeks to go until the August 25th drop, the group has delivered on a second song from the self-titled project. “Angel” is out now on Spotify and iTunes. The Skrillex and Poo Bear-produced track isn’t exactly a hymn for Ally Brooke Hernandez’s religious devotion.
“Who said I was an angel?” the chorus asks, questioning where the singers’ good girl reputations came from. It appears to be the group’s latest effort at embracing its maturity following the departure of Camila Cabello. The lyrics have a fair share of f-bombs laced through a message to a wannabe lover who apparently can’t see how “brilliant” the ladies of 5H are.
The track comes as the group also announced a new tour. The “PSA Tour” will kick off in Latin America starting at the end of September and running through mid-October. The announcement is welcome news for the group’s devoted South American fanbase.
