Last night, president Barack Obama invited some of music’s biggest stars to pay tribute to Ray Charles. Demi Lovato was among the lineup of musicians to perform. She first sang Ray’s “You Don’t Know Me,” and she later joined the other musicians like Usher to perform “Heaven Help Us All.”
The performances were taped for a Smithsonian special, and it will air in full tomorrow on PBS.
