Louis Tomlinson And Liam Payne Reunite On Benefit Single For London Tower Fire Victims

Louis Tomlinson And Liam Payne Reunite For Benefit Single For London Tower Fire Victims featureHalf of One Direction is reuniting for charity. A new interview with Simon Cowell confirmed that Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne will both be teaming up with their old “X Factor” mentor to help victims of the Grenfell Tower fire. Dozens of people are dead or presumed so after the London apartment building caught fire this week.

While protests happen in the U.K. capital, Liam and Louis are teaming up with Simon in an effort to help those displaced by the fire. British Prime Minister Theresa May has been criticized for an unimpressive response to the tragedy, so it looks like Simon is bringing his 1D lads in to show her how it’s done.

Other stars attached to the benefit project so far include Louisa Johnson, Emeli Sandé, James Arthur, Craig David, London rappers Skepta and Stormzy and legendary U.K. rock band The Who.

Simon says the supergroup is putting out a version of “Bridge Over Troubled Water” by Simon & Garfunkel on Monday.

Little Mix Totally Expected Zayn Malik Speculation With “Shout Out To My Ex”

Little Mix Expected Zayn Malik Talk On Shoutout To My ExLittle Mix stopped by BBC Radio 1’s Breakfast Show Monday morning to celebrate the release of its brand new single, “Shout Out To My Ex.” The ladies discussed what it was like to debut the track live on “The X Factor UK” and how they toasted with Simon Cowell. They also revealed that they were totally prepared for the storm of Zayn Malik speculation surrounding the song’s feisty lyrics.

“We did expect it, didn’t we? The song speaks for itself,” Perrie Edwards says when asked about Zayn. “Who doesn’t relate to this song. It relates to everyone. Everyone can listen, it’s a happy heartbreak song,” she adds. “It’s empowering, it makes you feel amazing.”

The ladies go on to promise similar sassy vibes for the rest of their upcoming album. “With this album, it just got a bit ballsy,” Leigh-Anne Pinnock says.

On the topic of ballsy, the ladies decided to organize a dinner with Simon “because his chef is brilliant.” The ballsy part comes in after Jade Thirlwall confesses to her embarrassing last encounter at the Cowell home. “I got a bit tipsy and spat all over him,” Jade admits. “I was so nervous I just drank loads and then found something so funny I literally sprayed my drink, I blew the candles out.” Perrie could never forget this incident, reminding everyone that “all the candles on the table went out and we just sat in the dark.”
