Halsey brought her “Hopeless Fountain Kingdom Tour” to Sunrise, Florida on Saturday night. The “Bad at Love” singer took advantage of her proximity to Miami to invite Fifth Harmony’s Lauren Jauregui to come sing with her on stage. The duo delivered their duet, “Strangers,” for the arena crowd and one upstaged the other.

The duo that tried to redefine bisexuality in pop music is reuniting. Halsey is bringing her “Hopeless Fountain Kingdom Tour” to Sunrise, Florida–just outside of Lauren Jauregui’s native Miami. The “Bad at Love” singer took to Twitter to ask a favor of her “Strangers” duet partner ahead of the show on Saturday.
Lauren Jauregui and Halsey’s collaboration, “Strangers,” debuted at number 100 on Billboard’s Hot 100. The track is helping Halsey push her new album, “hopeless fountain kingdom,” as one of only a few tracks with a featured artist.
When she dropped the song in the week ahead of her full release, Halsey used a short video to hype the track. She wrote in an Instagram caption that it was “not a music video” but she’s been very talkative about the visuals for her new record.

Whether the song hits or flops remains to be seen, but the promotion behind it has some wondering if Halsey is still sitting on a full-length visual for the bisexual love song. After a false alarm that had fans thinking the video would come out with the album, hopes are being rekindled thanks to the track’s featured artist.
Lauren dumped some gasoline on the flames of speculation Tuesday when she shared three stills of herself wearing the same boxing gloves she had on in Halsey’s clip. The striking black-and-white pics have Lauren putting her dukes up like she’s ready to fight.

Halsey has dropped another track off of her upcoming album. The track is one of three features on “hopeless fountain kingdom” and it has Fifth Harmony’s Lauren Jauregui duetting with Halsey.
The track is about a relationship between two women who feel like they don’t know each other any more after being lovers. Both singers deliver breathy and emotional performances as they cry out to feel something. The track itself is full of ’80s vibes, including some electronic flourishes.
