Meghan Trainor Performs For The First Time Since Her Latest Vocal Surgery

Meghan Trainor Is On A Media Blitz On The Ellen Degeneres Show And The Cover Of Cosmo featureMeghan Trainor had a big day Thursday as she stopped by “The Ellen Degeneres Show” and announced her new cover for Cosmopolitan. The singer shared the cover and another pic from her shoot as she teased the “REAL personal” interview she did. According to an Instagram caption, the cover story, which drops Tuesday, will be “ALL about” her relationship with Daryl Sabara.

Meghan also made some startling revelations on “Ellen,” where she told the host she’s just recovered from another vocal surgery. The “Ellen” performance was Meghan’s first performance since the latest surgery. Meghan said she’d been on vocal rest since December and even brought her surgeon to the taping. She also shared that Daryl learned sign language to communicate with her through the silence.

Meghan also revealed that she and Daryl picked up painting during her time off. She gifted Ellen a blacklight painting of some planets in space, explaining that she was going through a bit of a blacklight phase, even with her performances.

There was a potent blacklight moment in Meghan’s performance of “I’m A Lady” off the “Smurfs” soundtrack.

Demi Lovato Can’t Control Her Potty Mouth On Daytime Television

Demi Lovato Almost Drops The C-Word on Ellen featureDemi Lovato stopped by “The Ellen Degeneres” show to promote her new kids’ movie, “Smurfs: The Lost Village” on Wednesday. Demi didn’t spend a whole lot of time talking about “Smurfs,” and a lot of her appearance wasn’t exactly family friendly. After sharing some stories about her flailing efforts to housebreak her new dog and her love life, Demi dug in on the possibility of an R-rated “Camp Rock 3.”

“So, we want to come out with, like, an R-rated ‘Camp Rock 3,'” Demi told Ellen, who said she thought it was a good idea. “All of our fans have now grown up and so anybody that watched ‘Camp Rock’ is now older and can appreciate like an ‘American Pie’ version.”

Ellen asked if Demi would be cursing in this reboot. Demi said it was a possibility and Ellen asked if that’s something she enjoys doing.

“Everyday, all day,” Demi replied. “I am terrible at not cursing.” Demi said the five-minute interview of Ellen that didn’t include any swears was “the longest five minutes of my life.”

To test how blue Demi’s language can get, Ellen then had her play a game called “5 Second Rule,” in which a host had Demi and Ellen go head-to-head to list three dirty things in under five seconds. Demi struggled a bit with the concept, but was able to get out three slang words for “a woman’s private parts” before being asked to name three curse words.

Demi gets through the b-word before staring to say, “Cu…” and cutting herself off.

Watch Demi discuss the “Camp Rock” reboot and play a foul-mouthed game with Ellen below.
