Nick J Careful What You Wish Set Pix #2
Source: Nick Jonas came to Mooresville to shoot scenes for the movie 'Careful What You Wish For' due out next year. The movie is about 'a guy who gets more than he bargained for after entering into an affair with the wife of an investment banker. Soon, a suspicious death and substantial life insurance policy embroil him in a scandal.'
He filmed scenes on April 22-23 at the Coddle Creek Country Store, located on N.C. 3. Store owners Pat and Mike Brewer both laughed as they described their granddaughter receiving a lot of telephone calls from friends, begging to be allowed to come over and meet Jonas. 'He was a nice, quiet boy and he did offer to take some pictures with the girls, so that made their day. Madison (Brewer, his granddaughter) might even be an extra in the movie. They took down her information, so she’s excited.
He played catch with his body guard most of the time he wasn’t filming, but he seemed to enjoy himself. He mostly kept to himself, but everyone in the movie who came to the store was very friendly. Nick’s stand-in was very talkative and I had a nice chat with him. During the filming, Mike was asked if he would like to be an extra, and says he told them, 'Why not?
At first, the scene was supposed to be me coming out of the store and walking toward Nick, who was sitting in a station wagon. He’s playing a murder suspect, so I was supposed to look at him suspiciously. After doing the scene a few times, I went and sat down in the rocking chair on the front porch and the director said that’s what he wanted me to do instead. When you see the movie, I’ll be on the porch, rocking and reading a paper.'
I guess they edit them and piece them together, but it seemed like such a simple scene that they kept doing over and over. I’m sure they know what they’re doing though, because they were very thorough. It was very interesting to see how they operate; they did a heck of a job in what I would call controlled chaos.

Blanda Using Joe Jonas FOR FAME?
According to Radar, Blanda Eggenschwiler may be using Joe Jonas to increase her fame. Possibly similar to how Justin Bieber used Selena Gomez to gain international exposure.
Joe, 23, has been dating Blanda, 28, for nearly six months but friends close to the aspiring model say she has changed as a person since dating Joe: 'Blanda can’t get enough of the attention she’s receiving now that that’s dating Joe and she actually believes she’s famous now.
She told me, ‘I don’t even like their band. I just go to their show, appearances and meet-and-greets so the fans will talk more about me and buy my products.’ She’s all about herself lately and expects Joe to shower her with public attention.
She walks around acting as if she owns everywhere that she steps. She wouldn’t even hang out with her friends much at Coachella because she was worried she would miss a paparazzi opportunity. She’s never in New York anymore working on her career. Her life is pretty much dedicated to paparazzi shots, and her addiction to the attention she gets from his 12-year-old fans.
Blanda has a lot of control over Joe and his actions. She continues to brag about how she has so much control over him and she tells him when he can and cannot see his mom. To her, everything should be about her. She’s given up her full time career to follow Joe around from state to state or country to country.
Blanda lives to be in front of the camera and that’s not the girl I used to know. I wish she would see the person she has become and what she has turned him into.' Obviously, the ~friend talking sh*t is a loser, take it with a grain of salt.
