After buying an apartment there in 2012, but now he's looking to be a little closer to the water. While his dad has been looking at houses in the Los Feliz neighborhood, 'Harry has his heart set on a Malibu house on the beach.'
Zayn told Daily Star: 'I did boxing when I was 15 to 17. I love it and I've started training again now on the side, even though we don't get much time off for exercise. I'm trying to eat healthier so I can bulk up. I'd love to persue it properly one day.'

One Direction to be named as Britain’s wealthiest boy band worth £25 million, according to Sunday Times Rich List. Take Me Home, made them the first act in two decades to have two of the year’s best-selling albums, with total sales of three million copies.
The 60 sell-out shows they played in 2012 also raked in £11.8million. The boys will feature in a second Rich List league table for leading charity donors. Their Comic Relief single One Way or Another (Teenage Kicks) has shot to the top of the charts in 60 countries and hit 330,000 sales in the UK alone.

Harry Styles Recording SOLO SONGS?
Harry Styles has co-written and recorded a series of his own songs, reports Sunday Mirror. Harry has recorded some early versions of his musical efforts at the Paramount recording studio in Hollywood. Spokesperson for the band told MailOnline that Harry is simply working on tracks for One Direction's third album not solo material.
'Harry is not recording solo material. All of the band are working on tracks for their third album. Harry is putting together some ideas for the record. The boys sometimes work up ideas separately as well as working together, as they did last year. Niall for example recently collaborated with Tom and Dougie from McFly on new tracks.'
Friend: ‘He loves messing around with some of the new songs he’s been working on. He’s bounced some ideas off his friend Ed Sheeran and has already laid down some vocals. Harry’s priority is obviously still with 1D.'
