Taylor Swift's Beach Rights DEFENDED
Taylor Swift‘s new neighbors in Watch Hill, R.I., are upset her security guards harassing people on the beach below her property. A local official for the Watch Hill Fire District told Radar that Taylor is well within her rights:
'There has been an ongoing problem with people climbing onto her wall. The public is allowed on the beach, but only below the high tide water mark. When it’s high tide, they can’t be on her beach at all. When the tide is out, they can legally walk on the beach below the high tide mark.'

Taylor Swift follows up her Wonderstruck and Wonderstruck Enchanted scents with Taylor by Taylor Swift, a scent which she calls 'a mix of a lot of things: It’s sweet, it’s sophisticated, it draws you in. It’s really my way of translating classic, yet modern, into a perfume. My first two fragrances were more about fairytales, but this fragrance is more about my own style, so I wanted the name to be more personal.'
The bottle was designed to reflect Taylor's 'retro with a modern flair' style and features a ring of pearls as a nod to her favorite jewelry. 'Pearls are the one fashion accessory that never seems to go out of style. I keep a strand in my purse, and throw them on whenever I need to dress up my outfit.'
The perfume is mix of fruits, florals and woodsy scents. 'I hope that wearing this fragrance makes fans feel that any look can be classic and chic.' TAYLOR will be available in Ulta stores and Ulta.com in late June.

Taylor Swift doesn’t approve of Selena Gomez getting back together with Justin Bieber, reports Radar. According to insider, Taylor wants nothing more than for Sel to be happy but she doesn’t think romance with Justin is a smart move: 'Let’s just put it this way: Taylor is not a Belieber.
She loves Selena and wants her to be happy but she doesn’t think going back and forth with Justin is the answer. That being said, Taylor’s also a little bit jealous in a weird way.' Selena confirmed to a Boston radio station that she was single again, but she was then spotted giving Justin a kiss backstage at the Billboard Music Awards last weekend, forcing Taylor to stick out her tongue in disgust.
Taylor doesn’t like to be single and is jealous that Selena always has Justin: 'Taylor is jealous that Selena still has Justin as ‘her person’ to go to, but she’s not jealous of who Selena’s on and off with. She thinks Justin is a brat and that Selena could do way better.'
UPDATE: Tay told Access Hollywood about Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez's relationship: 'Ohhh, you do not want to know! You do not want to open that can of worms. Especially tonight.' You should write a song about it? Taylor laughed: 'No, it's not [me] ..I'm fine!'
