As a writer it's really important I keep my mind in check, that's the only thing that keeps me here, what comes out of my mind. Taylor Swift Fan Arrested On Her Beach
An obsessed Taylor Swift fan was arrested near her Rhode Island beach home early this morning after swimming up to her house, reports TMZ. Lucas H. Vorsteveld, 22, of Chicago was taken into custody for trespassing after he admitted to swimming up to the beach in front of Swift's home around 2 AM. Around 2:20 AM, cops spotted the man getting out of the ocean, around 1 mile from Swift's home.
Cops approached the guy and asked him what he was doing in the water and the man allegedly told police he had just completed a swim, in which he intended to meet Taylor. The man told cops he swam all the way to Swift's beach, but saw her security team and decided to swim back to where he came from (roughly 2 miles round trip in cold water). Vorsteveld indicated he was in town from Chicago and did not have a residence in town. He was booked for trespassing.

Taylor Swift Stadium Tour Of Australia
Taylor Swift is set to become the first female act since Madonna to play stadium shows in Australia. The pop superstar will tour stadiums in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth this December, playing to around 180,000 Australian fans in just ten days. It is the biggest Australian tour by a solo female performer since Madonna's 1993 visit.
Swift's meteoric rise in popularity in Australia has seen her accelerate from club shows in 2009 playing to around 1000 people to stadium venues of up to 50,000 fans just four years later. 'It's a sign of the achievements of Taylor Swift and the loyal fanbase she's built up that she will be the first woman to play stadiums nationally here since Madonna,' promoter Michael Gudinski said yesterday.
Taylor: 'That's mindblowing and a real honour. One of my favorite things about the connection between myself and the fans on this tour is that it's a very emotional one. They're there because they've felt the same things I'm singing about at one point in their lives. They're singing all the words. When you look out at a sea of people in a stadium and 60,000 people are singing back to you it's an incredible connection.'

In reaction to a lawsuit from Adrenalina Inc, Selena has filed counterclaims alleging $5.2 million in damages. According to her legal papers filed on Wednesday in L.A. Superior Court, Adrenalina promised to pay her a 5 percent royalty with a guaranteed minimum payment of $5.7 million. The counterclaims says that the promises by Adrenalina turned out to prove meaningless:
'As would later be disclosed in public filings, but which was not known to Ms. Gomez or her representatives at the time, Adrenalina was a company with a checkered past and without the wherewithal to fund its financial commitments. The lawsuit was a tactical ploy to escape liability for its own breaches of contract and exposure to millions in damages.
By failing to pay its bills, and by jeopardizing the brand with a public lawsuit, Adrenalina has breached both the express terms of the license and the 'implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing' that enures to every contract. Under these circumstances, Ms. Gomez had no choice but to terminate the license to protect her reputation and brand.'

Ed Sheeran insists Taylor Swift's love life is exaggerated: 'The rumor that she dates a lot of people is a misconception, because in the time that I’ve known her, which has been almost two years now, she has dated two people. Fact. And in her entire life, I think she’s dated around five or six people. I don’t like when people take shots at her because I do know her personally, and I think people get the wrong end of the stick.

Ed Sheeran on touring with Taylor: 'I'm loving it. I've been very fortunate with the tours that I've been invited on. I went out on tour, hung out with [Snow Patrol] in the day, played the show, duet with them, then hung out with them in the evening, this is the same kind of thing with Taylor.
I go there, hang out with Taylor, I play a show, do my duet with her, then I hang out a bit more and then I go. So, really, it's a nice tour. Six months is a long time to go on tour and leave your family and friends, and if you haven't got a friend on the road it can get quite lonely.'
