Finally, we are going to see some most awaited smartphones in this month, including Galaxy S9 and Nokia 3310 4G VoLTE. The list further includes Motorola’s new hit G6 Play with impressive specifications and cameras. Let’s check out the complete list.
Xiaomi Note 5:
Many had expectations of Redmi 5 and Redmi 5 Plus coming to India in February, but it seems like this won’t happen soon. Instead the Xiaomi will be launching Note 5 with Snapdragon 635 processor instead of 625, which many wouldn’t have like it. Indian market has always welcomed Xiaomi’s phone with open arms, and Xiaomi’s has always been upto the expectations on Indian buyers. And this can also be the first 18:9 budget phone of Xiaomi.
Nokia 3310 4G VoLTE:
Now this model was already launched by Nokia in China only, but now it is expected that the 4G VoLTE version will be in India soon. This can be taken with a good confidence as Reliance Jio is in with constant talks with HMD Global, and this can result in a positive way.
Nokia 6 2018 version has already been launched but didn’t fare well in the markets. The upcoming phone i.e. Nokia 9 being the first 18:9 display phone by the company is expected soon. This phone may also have the latest processors, a dual-camera and better display. HMD Global has launched many phones by the name of Nokia but buyers want something innovative, let’s wait for it too.
MOTO G6 PLAY:
Moto has already been unique and creative in terms of phone’s design. This phone is also believed to carry their trend with a circular ring the camera giving it a new look. With 5.7 inch display, a mediocre Snapdragon 430 processor, 4000mAH battery and a 12-mp camera. The question is will this be an 18:9 display, because now customer has many options even in the budget segment.
ASUS ZENFONE 5:
Till now Asus’s Zenfone 2 series was the most successful in the lot, the series 3 was overpriced and ZenFone 4 was selfie centric. What we have look out for is, will Asus follow the trend of 18:9 displays, dual cameras and other technologies like face-unlock or AI. Till date Asus hasnt been able to get hold of Indian Mobile market and now there are many completion very less innovate, this is the time to hit-them-where-it-hurts.
Samsung Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus:
With the success of their S8, Samsung will be launching their Flagship of 2018 i.e. Galaxy S9 and S9 Plus. It seems we will get an 18:9 display with 5.8-inch and 6.2-inch screen on S9 and S9 Plus respectively. A better iris-scanner, super speed camera, qHD+ SUPER AMOLED screen and the latest Snapdragon 845 Chipset or Exynos 9810 for other regions will make this phone a beast of a performer. We have to wait till 15th February as its launch date, to know more about the pricing and real life performance.
