The device comes with 16GB built-in memory with several cloud storage integration such as Dropbox, SkyDrive and Google Drive.
HTC One S features a 8 Megapixel rear camera with auto focus and LED flash capable to record Videos at Full HD 1080p and high quality images. There is also a 1.3 Megapixel front facing camera for making video calls and conferencing in HD resolution. As per connectivity One S supports 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, DLNA and GPS / aGPS.
