As scheduled Smartron has launched its new smartphone called ‘Smartron t.phone’ priced at Rs. 22,999. The phone comes out of the box running Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS supporting Hybrid Dual SIM (micro+nano/microSD) cards. It sports a 5.5 inch Full HD AMOLED display protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 offering 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution.
Smartron has powered the new t.phone with Octa-Core Snapdragon 810 64-bit processor ( 4x 1.5GHz ARM A53 + 4 x 2.0 GHz ARM A57 ) which is further paired up with massive 4GB LPDDR4 RAM and Adreno 430 GPU making the phone good enough for smooth performance and better multitasking. Users don’t even need to worry much about the storage since the phone itself carries onboard 64GB storage memory and supports microSD card for further expansion.
Smartron t.phone carries a 13 Megapixel primary shooter with dual LED Flash, PDAF, 6P lens and f/2.0 aperture at the rear facing, while at the front we have a 4 Megapixel front facing shooter with f/2.0 aperture for Selfie fans. It is a 4G LTE enabled smartphone supporting other standard connectivity features as well such as 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4GHz and 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and USB Type-C.
