Taylor Swift joined iHeartRadio’s Jingle Ball in Los Angeles Friday night. The singer even brought a plus-one as her pal Ed Sheeran showed up for a special performance of “End Game” off of “Reputation.” The duo showed off why they’re both best known as singer-songwriters as Taylor danced through a rap feature from Ed on the track.
The cringe-worthy team-up proved that Taylor is still more comfortable in a bank than a dance studio and that Ed is not Stormzy. Regardless, the BFFs seem likely to join each other on stage again soon, though.
Backstage, Ed talked with Elvis Duran and confirmed that he wants his duet with Beyoncé to be the official new song of weddings everywhere. But Ed doesn’t expect an invite to the impending Royal Wedding despite his marital music credentials.
The rest of Taylor’s set offered an early look at her upcoming tour. Ed may make a few guests spots on that run, but it looks like it’ll mostly be Taylor getting upstaged by her backup dancers.
