Acer announced Liquid S1 Phablet with 1.5 GHz quad-core CPU and 5.7 inch display

In the ongoing Computex 2013 Asus launched several new devices including the one Phablet named as “Liquid S1”. It is a Dual SIM Phablet with large 5.7 Inch HD Touch Screen offering 720p resolution. Running on  Android 4.2 Jellybean operating system the device is powered with 1.5Ghz quad core Mediatek processor and 1GB of RAM making the phablet powerful enough to offer smooth performance as well as better multitasking. In terms of storage the Liquid S1 will comes with 8GB builtin memory that can be expanded further using MicroSD Card. According to the sources Asus is not going to launch this device in US due to which there will be no LTE support in Liquid S1. On the rest it will support 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, etc. The device is running on 2400 mAh battery from which we can expect upto 10 to 12 hours battery life in usage mode.
