Performance:
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 comes with different connectivity solution and also has a good battery life. It has a usb 3.0 support where you can still use a external keyboard. It also has a microsd card reader slot where you can extend the storage more. It also has as mini display port which can be used to work with different screen and for photography you only get a 5MP rear camera. The speakers on the body support Dolby audio, bit good while watching movies and there are different storage sizes available. It tarts from 512GB and goes to 8GB. If you want you can also buy a docking stating separately that add more usb ports with lan support. Overall this Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is an amazing product. It works well with all kind of aps and games.
But there is a huge price difference between models. Like if you go with 128GB edition you have to pay around $999 and if you go with 256 then it increases to $1,299. Checkout the proper configuration before buying. The model that I had tested was having a Core i5 processor, and 8GB ram. The storage was 256GB. I installed a few common apps like a video editor which worked well. I installed different browser like Firefox and Chrome. There was no lagging issue. About the battery life it is good but not really great. The tablet runs on a 2800mAH battery. Due to optimized windows os the battery life is simple nice, but it can be limited if you are using the tablet for multimedia and gaming.
Conclusion:
Microsoft Surface Pro 3 is one of the best windows tablet. I do not think you can get anything better than this. It is loaded with the latest hardware config which makes it a long lasting model. It has good screen quality and a digital pen feature through which you can use it more effectively. There are few shortcoming like the accessories for which you have to pay more. Otherwise it is a very nice product. It is for sure that when you have this tablet with you, you don’t really need your dairy to work.
