Samsung has reserved the name Galaxy S10 for its 5G supported 10th anniversary model. The model is said to be most premium smartphone by the company.

Coming to the look of the phone, Galaxy S10 Edge is likely to have dual edge display panel. Which would be similar to Galaxy S10+. Galaxy S10 lite will have flat display panel. The S10 series will be equipped with a list of official accessories, including a new LED View Cover as well as a Silicone Cover, Clear Cover Protective Standing Cover, and a Leather Cover. The accessories are said to be available in various colour options such as Black, White, Green, Berry Pink, Blue, Navy, and Yellow.

With the feature of in-built screen protection Samsung will join the race created by Chinese flagships like Vivo, Oppo and One plus. As the smartphones by these companies also have this screen protection feature in them.

Although Samsung is providing Corning’s Gorilla Glass protection in its smartphones. However, since smartphones are becoming more and more fragile and prone to get damaged easily, it seems a welcome step to offer smartphones with pre-installed screen protectors.

The new Galaxy S10 will come with features such as ‘Bright Night’ and ‘Artistic Live Focus’ modes. The new flagship could also have a Holographic tech to display 3D content on top of the display panel. A patent published last month that reveals a holographic technology on the Galaxy S10. As per the patent document, a copy of which has been provided by the Netherlands site, Samsung is essentially building a display technology that will be capable of projecting 3D images.

Point to be noted here is that Samsung has not confirmed the news of in-built screen protector and Galaxy S1 Edge. I guess it will not take long to know whether the report is true or not.
